Excellence in Service, Broker of the Year and Best Diversification Program go to IQ CAPITAL GROUP
As we move into the final quarter of the calendar year, and begin preparing for the “silly season” (which in the finance world is managing client files and settlement dates around busy periods for the banks, as well as hectic holiday schedules so that all of our clients meet their contractual obligations or have their refinances settled in time for Christmas) a lucky few of the team at IQ Capital Group were however able to let their hair down at a gala event held this year in tropical north Queensland last week.
The event in question was the 2017 eChoice Gala Awards ceremony for the financial services sector, particularly recognising disciplines within the mortgage services industry with representatives from many businesses throughout Australia in attendance.
We attended the event eagerly, having been nominated for a record five awards across their respective categories this year, channeling the positive momentum of the past two years recognition, having taken Broker of the Year award for both 2015 and 2016.
The event commenced on Thursday with the obligatory round of golf or day spa and meet and greet over drinks Thursday evening. All very stressful no doubt! By Friday night it was back to the principal element of the event, the Awards!
So, following weeks of anticipation since finalists were announced, and much hype, the awards for Excellence in Service, Broker of the Year and Best Diversification Program were awarded to IQ CAPITAL GROUP!

Directly correlating with our principles towards service commitment, enhanced by our fundamental expertise in financial services and industry leading approach we have already been awarded Broker of the Year for the past two years, with further recognition again this year with Broker of the Year 2017. This award making it three consecutive years, we are really setting ourselves apart and establishing IQ Finance as a dominant service provider for all of our clients mortgage requirements. With the basis for this award not just relating to volume, but compliance and scrutiny of quality of client applications, this is actually more rewarding in that it demonstrates our attention to detail and client welfare in truly matching our clients needs with the appropriately structured mortgage.
BEST DIVERSIFICATION PROGRAM
Whilst all awards, industry & peer recognition are accepted with humility and genuine gratitude, not to mention the hundreds of client testimonials that have been of most reward over our many years in business, the award to IQ Capital Group for the Best Diversification Program is particularly humbling.
Over a decade ago as we began to establish ourselves as a financial services business, following a critical examination of the environment in which we existed and what we felt clients required in order to truly succeed in implementing their plan for their goals and objectives, we formed an opinion back then that the approach, delivery, and implementation offered by financial services providers had to change.
