“Little or no deposit”
Terms and conditions apply and “no deposit” in this scenario means money generated from sources other than the usual method of “savings” such as:-
Gift
Selling Assets such as car, boat etc
Guarantor providing funds
Some banks will take rental payments as “shown as savings”
This will be dependent on individual circumstances as to how their funds are sourced. Other fees and charges may apply.
“Up to $50K worth of Government incentives”
Various State and Federal Government grants and incentives exist for first home buyers. Check Government websites for details. Additionally some builders and/or developers may offer additional incentives and boosts from time to time.
“Up to $20K worth of Upgrades”
Upgrades are provided at the time of purchase and will be dependent upon the price of the home purchased.
“Own home for $380 per week”
$380 per week may be dependent upon the amount of deposit paid, loan amount, interest rate, loan duration and will depend on each individual’s circumstances. This may not include all fees and charges. Additional fees and charges may apply. Different terms, fees or other loan amounts may result in a different outcome. This amount may include the First Home Owners Grant or other incentives.
